Sessions are 50 minutes long. Single Session-Brief Counseling sessions are typically 30 minutes long, with extended sessions available upon request.
Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on your needs and goals. We can adjust the frequency based on what feels right for you.
Single session-brief counseling is non-recurring. You may book additional single sessions to discuss additional problems. Please note* single session-breif counseling focuses on one problem at a time, focusing on immediate solutions.
Yes! —Confidentiality is a core part of counseling. What you share stays between us, with a few legal exceptions, which we’ll discuss at the start.
It’s different for everyone. Some people come for a few months to work on specific goals, while others choose to stay longer for ongoing support. We’ll work together to find the right pace and timeline for you.
