I'm a Registered Professional Counselor-Candidate (RPC-C) with a background in psychology and a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Art with a major in Psychology, and completed a Post-Degree Diploma in Counselling, specializing in Psychotherapy, through the Kelowna College of Professional Counselling.
I'm an active member in good standing with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA).
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the mental health field, supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. I’ve always been a caretaker at heart, and I was drawn to this profession as a way to turn that natural instinct into meaningful, lasting support for others. Having gone through many transitions in my own life, I understand how overwhelming change can feel—and I’m passionate about helping others find steadiness and strength through those moments.
I approach counseling with a mix of structure and warmth, tailoring our work together to support your growth and goals.
I work from a person-centered foundation, which means I really focus on creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. From there, I’ll pull in tools and techniques from other approaches depending on what fits best for you and what you're working through.
I work with adults, couples, and families, and no two people or relationships are the same. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all counseling, instead we’ll collaborate to figure out what’s most helpful for you, whether that’s exploring your emotions, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, or strengthening your communication and connection with others. I’m an inclusive counselor, which means all humans are welcome here no matter your background, identity, or life experience. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and empowered, and to support you in building lasting tools that support your well-being long after our sessions are done.
